Did I say rest!? 😲Just getting to the end of my pathology diploma, hours of study and exams. One more module to do. 😀I have also looked at the range of crystal healing stones we have and decided to add a pack to help with sleep, as well as adding more listings to the website catalogue of products at www.Jehandra.co.uk. Adding useful information as to what benefits the essential oils can help you with too.
There has been a slight problem with the shipping costs as these have been a bit high, so apologies if you have looked at our website and thought that the shipping costs were almost as much as the product itself - we are doing something about it. There is the free local delivery to Shifnal and Albrighton and pick up of course.

Some great news. 😃📣We have teamed up with Cheryl, who is also called The Yoga Bohemian and she is a yoga teacher, energy healer and crystal therapist. You'll have a chance to meet her when we are able to open the shop again, but you might like to try her on-line services. She also reads tarot. Her yoga programme is:

MONDAYS (7pm) 60 minute "slow flow" practice where you'll see all the familiar sequences and postures but delivered in a gentle flowing practice which will stretch and strengthen you but not so energetic that it keeps you from sleeping!
Research suggests that doing energetic movements any later than 7pm can reduce your chances of being able to settle down for sleep so with this in mind, the Monday sessions will be always be grounding and relaxing... [ £5 ]

THURSDAYS (7pm) this month (Feb) will be a 90 minute "yang to yin + YOGA NIDRA" - a beautiful combination practice that starts off a bit more powerful but then winds down to a deep tissue stretch and then into a deeply soothing yoga nidra which will set you up for a truly relaxing end to the week!
Bring your bricks, blocks, blankets and bolsters and discover a new relationship with your body!
You can do the entire 90 mins or there is an option to just participate in the first 60 mins without the Nidra.
You can also do the Nidra on its own (simply join the session at 8pm). [ £8 - yang to yin only: £5 - nidra only: £4 ]

SATURDAYS (8:30am) will be WAKE UP! Yoga - a slightly more energetic hatha/flow session to get you motivated for a fantastic weekend..! [ £5 ]

Tarot card readings are available during lockdown as she continues to offer these online via zoom for £15 for a 30 minute reading.

Hi, in this time of lock down, Suzanne is taking a rest and Norma recuperating, but we don't want you to miss out completely, so thought we'd recommend a link to you for Reiki shares. The sessions are once a fortnight with Laura Wooldridge on a Wednesday at 6pm. A great way to be in the energy, to revitalise and harmonise.
