Various crystals especially chosen and placed around the body in a variety of different ways are called, collectively, crystal grids or nets. Sometimes the instructions will require a coloured cloth for lying on (which is not included in the pack). There are many to chose from depending on what you want to work on and how you want to feel.
Crystal grid boards can be used as an intention for the healing of another, environment, pet, plant or planet.
